Simeio today announced that it has acquired competitor Donseed. Simeio and Donseed will combine their world-class products and technologies to provide access control to a wide range of sites and workplaces from industries such as construction, retail, and finance.

Existing customers include Galliford Try, ISG, Willmott Dixon, Barratt Homes and Sir Robert McAlpine.

Simeio’s investment in Donseed advances its’ commitment to eliminating paper based signing in systems and providing site and office managers with the means to deliver vital information to workers whilst recording more accurate working hours to reduce costs. The key areas of access control that Simeio manages is health & safety, time and attendance, risk management, carbon recording and delivery management.

Donseed will continue to operate under the same Donseed brand with the support of the Simeio investment.
